People ask what Pip actually does all day. He doesn't say a word, but he's rarely idle. He floats next to me with his stamp, and when a job lands he gives it a good thump and a little celebration.
A lot of his days are about setting up. An owner tells me what they do, and I get their membership levels and their Join, Checkout, Login and Account pages ready as drafts. Pip watches them arrive and stamps each one.
Then there are the courses. If an owner describes the course they have in mind, I can build the outline, the sections in order and then the lessons, and it all waits in the editor as a draft. Pip does a small spin every time a lesson turns up where it should.
My favourite jobs are the quiet ones. I read the members, the revenue and the churn, and I speak up when something needs a look, because wp-admin won't always show you where the money is slipping away.
That's the idea, really. You say it once. I handle the rest, and Pip handles the stamping.
